<p>A system for the conversion and amplification of the kinetic energy in a wind-powered system that conveys the fluid stream collected by a concentrator onto a central body 3, in which the interaction with the power rotors can take place with an ideal angle of incidence and in which the dimensions of the section of reaction with the rotors can be regulated.
