FIELD: textiles, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to the proposed method, each item or group of edge-to-edge items are cut into a rectangular shape. The base of the rectangular shape is used oriented relative the fibres in the middle part between the specified and inserted maximum area of the rectangles relative the item or group of edge-to-edge items. A series of rectangular items is formed, arranged in accordance with decrease in their lengths, chosen as the key parameter, and its total width is measured. The number of columns of the rectangular items is determined. In this case a column is a set of rectangular items on one row along the whole width of the frame through division of the whole width of this series by the width of the frame. The width of each column is determined and the length of the delineated material is calculated as the sum of the lengths of the columns. The area of the delineating material is filled into the columns of the rectangular items in such a way that, the rectangular item with the shortest length at the end of one column lies next to the rectangular item with the longest length in the beginning of the adjacent column. A second method is also proposed, which implements row allotment. The key parameter in this case is the width of the rectangular items. The invention allows for obtaining optimum allotment of edge-to-edge items, lower manpower and consumption of rolled or laminated material. ^ EFFECT: reduced consumption of rolled or laminated material. ^ 4 cl, 8 dwg |
