LONG PLATE SLIDE KNIFE GATE VALVE

A long plate slide knife gate valve is provided to prevent leak of powder when opening and closing a long plate slide knife by closely contacting a seat ring to the long plate slide knife through elastic force of an elastic member. In a long plate slide knife gate valve(305), a long plate slide knife(370) is formed long in a rectangular shape and has a through hole in a middle part. An air cylinder(110) is connected to the long plate slide knife to vertically move the long plate slide knife. A body(387) composed of left and right bodies(380,385) has the long plate slide knife inside, slides up and down, and has a flow tube passage corresponding to the through hole in the middle part. A seat ring is formed between the body and the long plate slide knife along the circumference of the flow tube passage and has recessed parts. Elastic members are installed in the recessed parts of the seat ring. An insert is installed at one side of the seat ring and has embossed parts formed on the seat ring and receiving units to receive the elastic members.
