A collapsible laundry drier with a retaining tube and laundry-receiving devices which are arranged adjustably thereon and have open-out arms is to be easy to handle and easy to hang laundry on and to be capable of use both indoors and on non-sheltered or sheltered balconies. This is achieved in that the arms are arranged adjustably on the retaining tube (2) such that, in the opened-out position, two outer arms (3) arranged approximately at an angle of 180 DEG with respect to one another bound the laundry-receiving zone (4) at its borders, and the retaining tube (2) is arranged on the outer border, between the two outer arms (3). <IMAGE>
