MAKING METHOD FOR AIR BAG FABRIC

The master batch comprising rubber of chloroprene type and additives is dipped in the mixed solution that copolymer of methyl metacrylate and chloroprene resin is dissolved in a mixed solvent of toluene and methyethy ketone and firstly mixed. The 1-2.5 wt.% of isocyanate as hardner based on 100 wt.% of the mixed solution is injected and a coating resin is made by second mixing. The coating resin is directly coated on nylon 66 as textile for an air bag by knife or comma coater. After only one coating, the coated textile is cured for 3 min. at 100 deg.C and for 13 min. at 160 deg.C.
