Tin cpd.-contg. materials (I) are claimed as one of the two components of room temp.-vulcanising (RTV) silicone elastomer systems (II), contg. (a) triorganosiloxy-terminated diorganopolysiloxane in which the organic gps. are opt. halogenated hydrocarbyl gps., (b) reaction prod. of diorganotin diacylate (II) with disila-alkane contg. at least 2 opt. alkoxy-substd. hydrocarbyl gps. attached to Si via oxygen (III) or an oligomer of (III), (c) organo-Si cpd. with at least one Si-C linked amino or imino gp., opt. (d) filler and opt. (e) disila-alkane and/or silane with at least 3, Si-O linked, opt. alkoxy-substd. hydrocarbyl gps., or an oligomer thereof. Specifically the Si-O-C linked organic gps. in components, (b), (c) and (e) are identical. |
