In a data set in which two floor names forming one floor communication data, a hole bit lamp data, hole bit input data respectively form a start bit, 8-bit data and 10-bit data which is a stop bit, a method is provided for transmitting data of an elevator in which 1 or 0 bit is transmitted by being inserted to the ninth bit as if the bit number of 1 is an odd number or an even number of the eight-bit data between the 8-bit data and the stop bit data, and thereby checking if the serial transmission data is varied by checking the ninth data from a master or slave side.
