Quick drying cement material comprises a dry mixt. of hard quicklime or cement (A), ammonium phosphate mixt. (C) contg. ammonium polyphosphate, and ballast (C). The mixt. contains 10-60 (10-25) wt. % lime and 10-45 (25-35) wt. % CaO, and 5-40 (10-25) wt. % (B), which comprises 5-100 wt. % polyphosphate.
