AN EXTRACTION METHOD OF GINSENG INGREDIENTS AND GINSENG LIQUOR HAVING INGREDIENTS MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SAME

An extraction method of the effective ingredients of ginseng, and medicinal ginseng wine prepared by the method are provided to extract the effective ingredients of ginseng without destroying or transforming their molecules by using ultrasonic waves. An extraction method of the effective ingredients of ginseng comprises the steps of: preparing ginseng(S1); stirring the ginseng with a solvent in an indirect ultrasonic wave extractor placed at a fixed distance apart from a vibrator to extract the effective ingredients of ginseng at room temperature(S2); filtering the extract to obtain a liquid containing the effective ingredients of ginseng(S3); and diluting the liquid(S4). In the step (S2), the solvent is one selected from distilled water and ethanol. Medicinal ginseng wine comprises the effective ingredients extracted by the method.
