The adaptation insole (1) is a sole which is suitable in particular for summer and home footwear such as e.g. flat high-heeled sandals and sandals with e.g prefabricated flexible moulded sole, winter boots or soft, flexible and laceable canvas shoes which have adequate space in the front cap region and in the instep and may have a slightly reinforced or extended heel cap. In soft winter boots, the adaptation insoles have a relaxing effect as the foot feels a so-called sand-walking as a result of the circulating insert and the constant massage. The adaptation insole stabilises the circulation and prevents fatigue phenomena, perspiring feet, sweating, states of weakness and cold feet, helps in physical posture in association with flexible and airy, light high-laced shoes to prevent knock-knees as the movement by means of the adaptation insole always takes place via the tips of the toes in order then to act rewardingly beneficially. As a result of the small balls (2) which are situated in the insole (1) and are easily movable, the mass (2) is moved during walking movements from the toes to the heel and presses beneficially under the longitudinal/transverse arch.
