A system for managing an IC card is provided to issue an IC card including a vehicle number or any other card number related to the vehicle, thereby making the allocation of the card number or management procedure of the card simple and convenient. A system for managing an IC card includes an IC card having predetermined card information and vehicle information, and a terminal which receives or reads the information from the IC card, generates messages for payment approval according to the received or read information to send the same to an upper server(100) through the communication network, and outputs the received or read vehicle information on a predetermined screen in case of payment. |
