Prepared stuffed stone-fruit (14) in which two individual stoned half-fruits (8, 11) with a filling (10) are pressed together and frozen, whereby the half-fruits are secured together by being pressed and frozen together along their peripheral edges. In a process for producing such stuffed stone-fruit, natural stoned frozen half-stone-fruits (8) are laid with their hollow sides upwards on first hollow mould halves (1), a filling (10) is introduced into said half-fruits (8) and further stoned frozen half-fruits (11) are laid thereon with their hollow sides downwards, whereafter these pairs of half-fruits (8, 11) are pressed together by a second hollow mould half (12). The device for implementing the process has a circulating conveyor (18) on which there is a plurality of first mould halves (1) and at one point on the line of travel of these first hollow mould halves (1) there is a pressing device (21) by means of which the second hollow mould halves (12), which are arranged above the first ones (1), can be pressed thereon. |
