The rear connection piece for a boiler has the shape of a mechanical block (1) which closes off the rear side of the boiler and contains, in its inner cavities, chambers (9, 13, 17, 18, 19 and 20) and at least two inner circuits (23) and (24) for blending the flow water and the return water from the heating circuit for the distribution of hot water, for the conditioning of water for the sanitary installations and for the appliances for mixing (27) and (28) and for the circulation.
