FIELD: chemistry, mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains cylindrical frame with bottom and cover, separated with two horizontal partitions into lower, middle and upper sections. Lower and upper sections are connected with each other by filled with heat-conducting packing pipes for passing water-alcohol vapour, which contains main and intermediate admixtures, from lower section into upper section, as well as hydro-selective water and water-alcohol liquid from upper section into lower section. Upper pipe butts have peak-like edges and are equipped with distributing devices for even irrigation of packing with liquid, supplied from upper section into pipes. Middle section, which has lower branch pipe for introduction cooling liquid into its inter-pipe space, and upper branch pipe for removal of said liquid from inter-pipe space, is intended for condensation of water-alcohol gas in pipes. Upper section has branch pipes for introduction of hydro-selective water and water-alcohol liquid and branch pipe for removal of enriched with admixtures water-alcohol vapour, lower section is equipped with branch pipes for introduction of water-alcohol vapour and for removal of purified from admixtures condensate. ^ EFFECT: increase of rectified alcohol quality, reduction of cooling liquid consumption and expenditures on obtaining alcohol. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
