The film-forming liquid composition has at least one binder and at least a solvent including water. Additionally it contains milk or lactoserum as a substitute for all or some of the water. Advantageously, it is free from antifoaming agent. Its constitution by weight is, for example, 25 to 33 % acrylic resin having a mean molecular weight below 20 000, 40 to 44 % lactoserum, 8 to 12 % liquid ammonia, 12 to 16 % isopropyl alcohol, 2 to 3 % soya lecithin and 2 to 3 % high density polyethylene wax. |
