<p>The device (1) has a rectilinear flexible displacement sensor (5) provided with a magnetic field detection unit and a transducer element (51) integrated to a frame (3) i.e. master brake cylinder (3') using a fixation unit (6). An electrical connection element (52) i.e. flexible cable, ensures an electrical contact between the element (51) and another connection element (53). The sensor has a flexible detection unit (50') oriented parallel to an axial direction (10), on a part of its length. The element (53) is oriented along a radial direction (11) perpendicular to the direction (10).</p>
