A device (30) for dampening or reducing the torsional and bending vibrations of an engine crankshaft (14) is disclosed. The crankshaft vibration damper (30) has a central hub (32) surrounded by an inner resilient ring member (36) and an outer inertia ring member (34). The resilient member is sized to dampen torsional vibrations. The hub (32) and two ring members (34, 36) are curved radially sufficient to achieve maximum reduction of bending vibrations. <IMAGE> |
