A water operated rotatable scrubbing brush device which generates considerable scrubbing torque, without the use of gearing or diverting the majority of the water driving the device away from the brush and out of the device. The device has a two-way water flow valve that permits the operator to select between a rotatable scrubbing brush mode, wherein liquid cleaning solution will also be dispensed to the scrubbing brush, and a rinse mode, wherein clean rinse water, without cleaning solution, will be dispensed without driving the scrubbing brush, to rinse off the item being scrubbed. |
