摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce noxious exhaust gas by anticipating the estimates of quantity of liquid film and evaporated fuel in consideration of variation in loss time of an O2 sensor which varies in accordance with engine speed and controlling fuel injection quantity on the basis of the evaporated fuel so as to maintain air fuel ratio to the proximity of a theoretical air fuel ratio. CONSTITUTION:The kinetic characteristics of a fuel system is such that a part of fuel injected into an intake pipe is stuck onto the wall face of the intake pipe in the form of liquid film and the liquid film is evaporated at a time constant and sucked into a cylinder together with fuel which is injected. All of the evaporated fuel is not sucked into the cylinder and a part of said fuel remains inside the intake pipe in the evaporated form. Such phenomenon is used for an aid for anticipating the estimates of quantity of liquid film and evaporated fuel, which are essential for acquiring the kinetic characteristics of fuel, from the data concerning mass of air flowing through a throttle, throttle opening, pressure inside the intake pipe, temperature of water, engine speed and air fuel ratio. Based on the data, quantity of fuel injected is controlled to the theoretical air fuel ratio, whereby reducing noxious gas.
