The invention relates to a holding device (1) for the suspended reception of a radiator (2) or the like, having a spacer (3) which can be attached to the radiator (2) at the bottom, and a head (5) having a hook piece (4). The clip (8) forms the receiving slot (9) for the bottom edge (10) of the radiator (2), and the holding piece (6) forms the receiving slot (23) for the bottom edge (24) of the convection rib (25), or the receiving slot (14) for the lower bracket (26) of the radiator (2).
