The present invention relates to a buccal device for regulation of teeth by exerting a permanent, increasable pressure in the distal direction, preferably upon a molar, which comprises a thrust element that can be moved by a screw drive and is anchored on the teeth via bands or brackets. A first sleeve with external screw thread (3) is arranged in a nut (1) anchored on a front tooth, and a connecting rod (4) is located in the first sleeve (2) so as to be rotatable relative thereto; at the free end of the connecting rod (4) there is a helical spring (5) and a second sleeve is arranged on the band or bracket surrounding the tooth to be relocated. A third sleeve is rotatably mounted in the second sleeve which has the helical spring inserted into it. <IMAGE>
