The invention relates to a movable mini-fixator which can be applied in juxta-articular fractures of two articulating bones. It is characterised in that a metacarpal splint (5), which fixes the fragments of the metacarpal bone (1) with active fixation pins (11), and a finger splint (6), which fixes the proximal phalanx (3) with fixation pins (11), are connected to a length-adjusting hinge (4, 7, 8) in the region of the metacarpophalangeal joint (2) such that movement of the finger is possible only at right angles to the metacarpal surface and that the hinge points (4) of the hinge levers (7, 8) can be clamped by fastening screws (12). <IMAGE>
