摘要 In a method for obtaining kink-free track joints and positionally accurate trackway supports, especially for magnetic levitation railways, starting from the support geometry, from the construction and location and the static characteristic values, the deformations due to delta-T temperature gradients and due to the live load for the case of a laden and empty vehicle and at the relevant load position are determined, and then from these values the optimal pre-deformation due to the live load in the most frequent operating instance is established, while taking account of the rigidities of adjacent supports and the permissible manufacturing tolerance. The set values for the manufacturing equipment are determined on the basis of the optimal pre-deformation, while taking account of the pre-deformation due to support dead weight and the manufacturing parameters from the previous series, and acceptance measurements of the supports are carried out after manufacture and equipping, while taking account of the optimal pre-deformations of the determined deformation due to the support weight, the permissible manufacturing tolerances and the support nominal geometry. Lastly, after the acceptance measurements of the relevant support and adjacent supports, a positional optimisation is carried out by coordinate transformation.
