The invention relates to lubricant-free tablets which contain a pharmaceutical agent and are based on microcrystalline cellulose with a content of at least 85% in comparison with the complete tablet composition. The invention relates in particular to corresponding tablets which contain as pharmaceutical agent hormones, preferably thyroid hormones.
