摘要 This improved electrolytic capacitor comprises a condenser element (1) and an electrolytic soln. in which (1) is soaked. The condenser element (1) is composed of a cathode (2) and an anode (3) which are wound with a separator sandwiched between (2) and (3). The cathode (3) is produced by vacuum deposition, with a specific angle of titanium on an aluminium foil substrate. The capacitor is produced by the following process; (iv) continuously supplying the aluminium foil substrate onto a roller, (ii) forming the cathode by depositing, at a specific angle, titanium on the surface of the substrate on the roller, (iii) introducing the condenser element by winding the cathode and the anode with a separator sandwiched between them. The temp. of the aluminium substrate during deposition lies between 50 and 200 deg.C. During supply of the aluminium foil substrate it is held in tight contact with the cooling roller. The titanium deposition is carried out under a pressure of 1 x 10 power (-5) to 10 x 10 power (-4) torr of argon gas.
