Hydrogen sensor

A sensor for determining hydrogen concentration is described, having the following features: - at least two thermal-transfer bodies are provided, which have two cover surfaces and no mutual thermal connection, - a catalytically active layer for catalytic hydrogen conversion is in each case applied on one part of the thermal-transfer bodies, on at least one cover surface, - a thermometer unit detects the temperature difference at the other cover surfaces of the thermal-transfer bodies and provides an output signal which is a measure of the hydrogen concentration.
