<p>A body strengthening apparatus for exercising person, consisting of a solid frame (1), a load weight (24) and movable actuating member (2) which is connected to the load weight (24) by kinematic linkage converting the dynamic effect produced by the exercising person into a change in position of the load weight (24). This apparatus comprises a swinging arm (5) with a sliding guide element (51) and comprises a sliding element (4) installed in the solid frame (1) and a regulating weight (3), at that, the load weight (24) and the guide element (51) and sliding element (4) form together with the regulating weight (3) and actuating member (2) a mechanical system anchored in the solid frame (1) too.</p> |
