PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing an elastomer transportation thin belt efficiently, in particular, a rubber belt with high dimensional accuracy and use-stability for use in an automatic feeding device of drafts or paper, mainly in an office automation equipment. CONSTITUTION:A thin wall cylindrical cavity 3 Is formed of a mold main body 1 and a core 2, and by setting and then heating a mold composed of providing at least one ring gate 5 on the axially directional intermediate part of the cavity 3 directly on an infection molding machine or a transfer molding machine, or via a sprue 6 or a runner, and in the thin wall cylindrical cavity 3, elastomer is infected from the molding machine, and after molding the elastoner, mold releasing is effected by opening the mold main body 1, wherein by reversing the inner and outer surface of the mold-released thin wall cylindrical molding, the surface turned to be new outer surface is made a transportation surface. |
