Proposed technology solves equable work-in of light material together with another components in to resultant thermo-isolating polystyrene-concrete mixture, multipurpose utilizable in sphere of building manufacturing. Pre-foamed polystyrene granulate is at first by stable mixing by acting of rotating and contemporary of planetary moving uniformly wetted by batch water with little contents of glue on base of polyvinylacetate dispersion in the way that on surface of granulate is created the compact adhesive film. Due to adding dry sand in weight of 0,5 to 8:1 to polystyrene granulate it is over all it's surface covered and loaded too. After successive addition of concrete and batch water and through mixing of mixture is creating thermo- and acoustic isolating building material with good strength parameters.
