<p>An advertising device (3) for detachably attaching a flexible bill sheet (4). The device comprises a flexible sheet member (5) on which the bill sheet (4) is disposed. An expansible member is disposed in an intermediate portion of the sheet member. The bill sheet (4) is detachably fastened to the sheet member (5) by a fastener comprising a pair of fastening elements (10,11), namely a first element (10) and a second element (11). The first element (10) is secured to the sheet member (5). The second element (11) is secured to the bill sheet (4). The first (10) and the second (11) elements cooperate with each other to fasten the bill sheet (4) to the sheet member (5). The peripheral edge of the sheet member is connected to an advertising location. And an adjuster is provided for adjusting a state of tension of the sheet member.</p> |
