Interleukin-10 or its analog, agonist or antagonist are use for production of pharmaceutical preparation for treating inflammation or immunity function caused by T-cells, which are followed by abnormal level of necrotic tumour factor alpha. Administered interleukin-10 or its analog according to the invention modifies the levels of interleukin-10 and interleukin-6, where the abnormal level is increased and followed by microbial infection, fever, hypotenuses, fibre necrosis, metabolic acidosis or organs dysfunction.
