PURPOSE:To enable a resin material to spread thereover equal to the whole area of a decorative laminated sheet by preliminarily injecting resin into the inner bottom surface part of a cast mold, and thereafter setting a base material thereon. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 consisting of a woody material such as a particle board or a medium fiber board and the like is formed into a predetermined configuration. With respect to the surface and the entire surface of butt ends of the base material 1, a synthetic resin formed surface 2 with a desired shape is formed by cast molding method in use of a cast mold 4 and, with respect to the surface formed base material 1, post painting 3 is given as required. In this instance, before the base material 1 is set within the cast mold 4, a predetermined quantity of forming resin material 5 is injected therein. The quantity of injection resin is allowed to be sufficient to fill the space between the lower surface of the base material 1 and the inner surface of the cast mold 4 when the base material 1 is set within the mold. Thereafter, the base material 1 is set within the cast mold 4 and then an upper lid 6 is fixed thereover and, in accordance with a conventional cast molding method, additional resin is injected from a resin injection port 7. |
