<p>Glass melting furnace has melting zone (3) homogenizating zone (2a) and intermediate clarificating zone (2) with small bat depth, in which are located torchs (20) for power supplying on base of fossil fuels. Inlet for filling of charge is located on start of melting zone (3). Clarification zone (2) is separated from melting zone (3) by protecting wall (38) arranged between ceiling (1) and bottom (9) of furnace. On the bottom (9) of furnace is in this protecting wall (38) created the bottom culvert (37) interconnecting the clarificating zone (2) and melting zone (3). Between ceiling (1) and bottom (9) of furnace can be arranged next protecting wall (38a), separating the clarificating zone (2) and homogenizating zone (2a), at which near bottom (9) is in this protecting wall (38a) created next bottom culvert (30).</p> |
