Disclosed is an organic light-emitting device having high efficiency and long lifespan properties. The organic light-emitting device comprises: a first electrode: a second electrode facing the first electrode: a light-emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron transport region interposed between the second electrode and the light-emitting layer, wherein the electron transport region comprises: at least one type selected from first compounds represented by chemical formula 1; at least one type selected from second compounds represented by chemical formula 2; and at least one type selected from third compounds represented by chemical formula 30.
