PURPOSE:To easily retrieve a part to be fetched even when the other sentence is long in a document processor (word processor) provided with a function for calling the other document while the document is generated and fetching a part of the other document into the document in the middle of generation. CONSTITUTION:The document processor is provided with a retrieval word setting means giving printing inhibition information to a word, inserting it into the cursor position of the document in the middle of generation and registering the word in the retrieval word list of the document in the middle of generation when the insertion of a retrieval word is instructed and the word is designated, a retrieval list display means displaying the retrieval word list of the other document when the other document is called and retrieval is instructed, and the other document display means searching the retrieval word when the retrieval word in the retrieval word list of the other displayed document is designated and displaying a document part where the retrieval word is included. |
