PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor simulation device, wherein simulation data are automatically formed from a product line, and the simulation result and the measurement result of a semiconductor device can be controlled and easily compared with each other. CONSTITUTION:A product line management processing means CPU 10 which manages a semiconductor product line, a product line control means CPU 14 which controls the semiconductor product line basing on the processing signals outputted from the line management processing means CPU 10, and a simulation computation means CPU 18 which simulates a semiconductor device produced in the product line are provided. A simulation device is equipped with a simulation operating means CPU 12 which sends data 24 correspondent to product line data to the CPU 18 and a macro data memory device 16 where product line data 26 and simulation data are stored as data base. The product line data are automatically converted into simulation data, and simulation data are sent to the simulation computation means CPU 18. |
