PURPOSE:To deliver a certificate on which a mayor's, town headman's or village master's official seal is printed even to a resident in another city, town or village by storing the prints of the official seals of respective mayors, town headmen and village masters and selecting and printing out the official seal in each certificate. CONSTITUTION:A card reader 3 inputs a card necessary for the delivery of a certificate and reads out resident identification information stored in the card. A display device 5 displays the sort, delivery condition, etc., of a certificate to be delivered together with the delivery procedure of the certificate and the displayed contents are specified by a touch panel 7. A communication control device 9 receives official seal information stored in a control device 1 and selects official seal information to be printed out on the certificate to be delivered in accordance with the resident identification information read out by the card and a printer device 13 prints out the certificate of a specified resident and the selected official seal. A collecting device 11 collects the delivery fee of the certificate. |
