<p>PURPOSE: To simply and economically produce in good productivity a toner composition provided with an excellent offset resistance, a wide fusing latitude and an allowable flow property and hardly causing a vinyloffset. CONSTITUTION: A base resin such as linear unsatd. propoxylated bisphenol A fumalate polyester, an initiator such as benzoyl peroxide and a pigment such as carbon black are added to an extruder to execute a crosslinking of the base resin in the extruder, and the toner containing a crosslinked resin containing a linear part and a crosslinked part is obtained. A toner composition containing microgel particles crosslinked in high concn. is produced in one step in this crosslinked part.</p> |
