<p>PURPOSE:To provide a microcomputer which can accurately judge the states of quick charging, normal charging, etc., of a storage battery and accurately show charging/discharging state of the battery by detecting an offset voltage of an operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An output of an operational amplifier when two inputs of operational amplifiers 16, 17 are set to the same potential is previously A/D-converted. Then, an output of the amplifiers when an analog signal is applied to the amplifiers 16, 17 is A/D-converted. Relative relationship of A/D-converted information of the former and the latter is detected to accurately judge the states of quick charging, normal charging, etc., of a storage battery 1. Accordingly, charging/discharging state of the battery 1 can be accurately shown.</p> |
