CONSTITUTION:A control means 15 controls channel changeover in a busy state opposite to a mobile station 55 connected via MODEM means 571-573, 621-623, inter-station transmission lines 111-113 and radio base stations 101-103 and makes variably the connection between the MODEM means 571-573, 621-623 and connection links 521-523 via changeover means 13, 14 to revise a channel in response to the movement of the mobile station 55 in the busy state. That is, while a channel set by the exchange station 51 is kept at the start of talking by the mobile station 55, the connection between the connection links 521-523 connecting to the channel and the MODEM means 571-573, 621-623 corresponding to the speech radio channel is varied to switch the channel in response to the transfer of the mobile station 55.
