PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of stagnation on an exit route by quick processing by issuing a ticket when the speed of a vehicle entering the exit route on which a ticket issuing machine is installed is less than a prescribed speed or less than a prescribed deceleration value. CONSTITUTION:A known ticket issuing machine 1 for issuing a connection ticket on which prescribed items such as a date and time are printed out is arranged on the exit route A on a tall road. Vehicle sensors 2, 3 utilizing light, ultrasonic waves or magnetism and arranged in front of the route A on which the machine 1 is installed detect the existence of a vehicle B when the passeage of the vehicle B interrupts or reflects light. When the passing time of the vehicle B between both the sensors 2, 3 is shorter than previously set time, a control circuit 41 sends an output to the machine 1. When the circuit 41 detects the deceleration of the vehicle B before the machine 1, an output from the circuit 41 is sent to the machine 1 and a part of a ticket is ejected from a ticket issuing port so as to be easily drawn out by a driver. |
