PURPOSE: To provide the prepn. which contains a respectively specific protein system and emulsifier, has excellent storage stability without the occurrence of a phase sepn. and is useful for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infectious patients, cancer patients, etc. CONSTITUTION: This prepn. contains (A) the protein system contg. (i) >=50 (wt.))% soybean protein hydrolyzate of 14 to 17 in a hydrolysis rate and (ii) >=10% unhydrolyzed protein, such as sodium salt, of casein and (B) the emulsifier selected from a group consisting of diacetyl tartrate of mono-diglyceride and sodium stearoyl lactoylate. |
