Provided is a method for manufacturing a colour filter, comprising: coating a first photo-resist material on a substrate and processing same so as to form a black matrix layer (2) having multiple spacing areas; coating a photo-resist material differing from the first photo-resist material on the black matrix layer (2), using a laser beam (5) to perform processing at a predetermined location, and then performing exposure and development processing and curing processing so as to form a colour resistance layer (3) in the spacing areas; and coating a conductive material on the colour resistance layer to form a conductive film so as to obtain a colour filter. Also provided are a colour filter manufactured in this method and a liquid crystal panel. |
