PURPOSE:To lower the production cost of purified products and to miniaturize the whole equipment by reusing a moving phase. CONSTITUTION:To reuse a solvent for an effluent taken out to a waste liquid vessel 10 as a moving phase, a moving phase circulating passage including a cross flow type ceramic filter 12 is installed between the waste liquid vessel 10 and a moving phase vessel 1. In the moving phase circulating passage, a filter pump 11 is installed for transferring the waste liquid in the waste liquid vessel 10 to the filter 12, and a returning passage having a filter pressure valve 13 is installed for returning the waste liquid to the waste liquid vessel 10 from the filter 12, and a filtrate passage 15 of time filter 12 is led to the moving phase vessel 1, and the solvent which has been filtered by the filter 12 is returned to the moving phase vessel 1 to be reused as a moving phase. In the filtrate passage 15 is installed a monitor 14 for monitoring the concentration of components other than the moving phase included in the moving phase of the filtrate. |
