PURPOSE:To enable an eaves roof work to be carried out before joint treatment without being affected by a work period for joint treatment. CONSTITUTION:A vertical joint 13 of external wall panels 11 is treated by a dry joint material 18 for areas over the underside of an eaves roof 15 of the vertical joint 13 located between the external wall panels 11 which are extended upward up to an eaves rear 17 beyond the eaves roof 15 in vertical direction and by a wet joint material 22 for areas under it. The dry joint material 18 is inserted simply into a clearance between joints and, therefore, an eaves roof work can be made by a constructor, and also it can be inserted into the vertical joint 13 of the eaves roof through a clearance between the eaves roof 15 and the external wall panels 11. Therefore an eaves roof work before joint treatment work does not cause any trouble with joint treatment works following it. Also, because the bottom end 20 of the dry joint material 18 installed before eaves roof work indicates the mounting position of the eaves roof 15, a horizontal setting-out work at an eaves roof mounting position in eaves roof work can be omitted. |
