<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate installation by providing a movable stopper energized by spring around the opening part of a handrail comprising a column erected on a floor and a coping and also fixing a blind panel by holding it by the movable stopper when the panel is installed on the opening. CONSTITUTION:Fixing members 9 and holding members 13 are installed on each side of opening 7 surrounded by a floor frame 2, a column 9, and a coping 4, and also a movable stopper 11 energized by a spring is installed. When a blind panel 8 is installed on the opening 7, a stopper 11 is held on the holding members 13 and, with the coping 4 and a coping receiver 6 removed, the panel 8 is dropped into a clearance between a column 3 and a fixing part 9C. Next the coping 4 is installed on the coping receiver 6, the stopper 11 is departed from the holding member 13, and the panel 8 is held on the fixing member 8 by pressing it by the movable stopper 11 so that it can be fixed even if any small dimensional error, etc., is provided. Thus the panel can be installed easily.</p> |
