PURPOSE:To easily proofread/edit editing indication information added to plural original documents being corrected objects by reading the plural original documents and editing indication information, judging that the plural documents are the same and synthesizing editing indication information. CONSTITUTION:Floppy disks 50 returned from plural correctors are mounted on an external storage device 6. CPU 1 stores the oriuinal documents in the document buffer 51 of a memory 5, and editing indication information in a table buffer 52. CPU 1 reads the original documents from the external storage device 6, and judges whether they match with the original documents stored in the document buffer 51. When they are matching, editing indication information is read from the external storage device 6, and they are continuously stored in the table buffer 52. Namley, editing indication information are made into a table and they are synthesized in the table buffer 52. CPU 1 executes an editing processing in accordance with synthesized editing indication information in the table buffer 52 for the original documents in the document buffer 51. |
