PURPOSE:To automatically pack a plurality of articles like wet towels in a bag made of tubular film. CONSTITUTION:An automatic packing machine is composed of a bucket B of which the lower part is closed at the rised position and opened at the lowered position, an automatic feeder A feeding a constant quantity of article into the bucket B, a bag holder D which returns to the original posture after having heat-sealed the opening of bag 31, after it has opened the opening of bag 31 made of tubular film and coated on the lower part of bucket B and further, charged the articles 1 in the bag 31, and a bag-receiving base 55 removing voids among the articles in the bag by supporting and vibrating the lower part of bag 31 while the articles 1 are charged in the bag 31.
