<p>PURPOSE:To provide a simple method for freeze-preserving cells reduced in damage on cells. CONSTITUTION:Cells are cultured in a culture vessel provided, on the bottom face of the vessel body 1, with an easily peelable transparent rubbery cover 3 serving as culture face. The cover 3 is then peeled off the bottom and put into a storage vessel which is then packed with a medium for freeze-preservation and closed, and the cells are preserved at <=-80 deg.C.</p> |
