<p>PURPOSE:To enable complete resin coating to be carried out with a resin coating material via a simple application method by covering a pipe line connecting section with resin, while the resin coating material being cured in state where the peripheral section of the material is kept in contact with the internal surface of the first pipe line of the connecting section under pressure, and the center of the material in contact with the internal surface of the second pipe line under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A rubber body 2 having a projected center head section 21 is covered with a resin film 6 deformable to such a three-dimensional shape as corresponding to the body 2. This rubber body 2 is supported on a rubber case 3, and the section 21 is inserted and positioned in the second pipe line 12 of small cross sectional area through the first pipe line 11a of large cross sectional area. Then, the rubber body 2 is pressed into the second pipe line 12 with an expansion fitting 5a and, then, the peripheral section of a coating material 6, together with the peripheral section 22 of the rubber body 2, is kept in contact with the internal wall of the first pipe line 11a under pressure. Then, the compressed air is supplied to a pressure chamber P for expanding the section 21, and the coating material 6 applied to the section 21 is kept in contact with the internal wall of the second pipe line 12 under pressure, thereby curing the resin coating material 6. According to this constitution, a proper measure against leakage can be taken inexpensively for a pipe line connecting section.</p> |
